Cancellation Policy
Katy Molyneux requires a minimum 48-hour cancellation notice for all services. If the service is cancelled within 48 hours before its commencement, you will be charged 50% of the total booking fee to cover the preparation time. You will be charged the full booking fee if the service is cancelled within 24 hours before its commencement. These costs are attributable to the opportunity cost associated with the booking. Where either Katy Molyneux or you are required to cancel an in-person booking due to the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, Katy Molyneux will provide a 100% credit of funds received to be used towards your next booking.
